Who's your sovereign?

As I know we are all drooling in anticipation of Elemental and most of us are checking the boards every hour.  I thought it might be fun to share who's your first sovereign going to be.

 

 

Me I am thinking Empire, not decided on which fallen.  I will call him Darken Rahl and base him on the character from the sword of truth series.

 

Lord Rahl as he is called will be ruthless and will rule with an iron fist.  He comes from an old line of channelers and now he sees the opportunity to seize the elemental shards.  He is ambitious to the extreme, he will not share his essence as his goal is to be the most powerful sorcerer walking the earth. 

His soldiers are fanatical about him as they are the steel against steel and he is magic against magic..

 

For RPG purposes diplomatic victory will be out of the question for Lord Rahl, his main goal will be the shards.  As i have not played the beta I am not familiar enough with the stats or Sovereign making process to throw out any stats or advantages

I'm a feminist but I must point out that would totally be a willpower save.

I was going by Elemental stats :P, in which case there is no Willpower, only INT and WIS. DEX wouldn't have anything to do with it as it's a mind altering effect :P I guess by those same standards though there's no "Horniness Modifier" either...LoL.

WIS is what Willpower is derived from, Raven. So, a WIS based save.

 

And I don't know that there's no horniness modifier. I would imagine that's a calculation that would happen under the hood. It would be sort of immersion-breaking to be told "Your sovereign has received +8 Horniness!"

Of course...that would mean that high intelligence would be a bad thing :)

Low INT characters would be like the jocks - been there, seen that, got their t-shirts :D Jocks always get the girls :D
