It releases on the 24th. To those who already have beta access from earlier preorders (beta access has been closed for a while now) an earlier release will happen either Sunday night or Monday morning.

I don't know if new preorders will be processed for the early release, though I assume not. But at best, if you preorder now you'll get it Sunday night or Monday. At worst, you'll get it Tuesday.
