:) beta over ! release comming !

so I was on support forum becuase i got that error about serail key being no good seems like every one is and that was due to the fact that the it was all disabled i guess till release then i read that it might be released sunday or monday or friday anytime from now to this weekend i guess ?

 

I sure hope they release it for the weekend to be honest it be really nice to have something to do for the weekend.

also it make senes any one who bought the game all get access to the beta and all get access tot he auto download, so even people who get it mailed to them end up getting accessed tot he beta and to the download.

so really a early release of the game for people who pre ordered, and where in beta, and it would not effect the retail sales of in store sales if it is going to be released to stores ?

 

anyways just hopping its they left the disable for the weekend !!! :)

Sure hope for an early release, best would be now for the weekend! Can't stand this wait after all those screenshots! :dur: I "only" paid for the game a few years back so sure would be nice to play a weekend earlier ....  :smitten:

i'm one of the "lucky" few, who only recently discovered Elemental... although i have effectively been on auto-pilot at work this entire week in anticipation of release next week... O:)

Agreed. Better not to get your hopes up that way when it is released you're happy. If the reviewers are getting the gold version today though I don't really see why the beta testers can't get it. Honestly, with the balance changes and updates being put in the 0-day patch I figured they would wait so the reviewers are playing the best possible version. If the gold version has serious balance issues then that will show up in the review. I wonder what they were thinking when they decided to let reviewers get it when Frogboy said the other day that reviewers would be playing the 0-day patch version. Odd behavior when you're trying to get good reviews.

Anyway, here's hoping they surprise us with a Friday Night Gold release for Testers :)

P.S. Hey Frogboy, you know technically I still do product reviews, so, that makes me a "Reviewer", can I have it now if I write up a glowing review? :grin:

Just think of it as a "bribe" hehe, which we all know these review sites take bribes anyway which is why shitty games get good reviews and often great games get shitty reviews or worse no coverage at all.

Seems to be a few of us floating around.  Only reason I learned about it was because Stardock sent me an email (so a direct marketing win for Stardock), but I knew nothing about it before that.  After about an hour reading the forums and developer journals I knew it was a game I had to have, so I preordered it and have been eagerly awaiting its release for a whole week.  This is much more tolerable than waiting months or years for a game's release.

It would be nice to get it today or tomorrow so I get a chance to play before my working week starts.

 

On the other hand, I just picked up Zombie Shooter 2 on this weekend's sale, and Star Ruler should be released tomorrow so I'm sure I can tide myself over till Monday :)

Seems a long time ago when we first started this Journey. I have a Post dated December 2008. Not even sure it was my first but damn. That is a long time ago... and here we are 2 days to Launch, give or take a week.

I've been around waiting along time and preordered last year...Amazing to know how soon we're this close to release......

I can't wait till its released.
