Elemental - invalid key

Why can't I update to the latest version of Elemental

from Stardock Forums

Hi,

I have had Elemental pre-ordered since I don't know when (Last year some time). Anyway today I log on to find that it is updated to v. 1.000something. But I have no longer got a valid registration key. This is fine but I have not received my new registration key either. Can anybody tell me what I need to do?

Having the same issue as well.  Seeing a trend with Stardock lately that ISN'T GOOD.

I am not speaking for Stardock but I have been keeping up. Basically, Your pre-order key is fine. They have been disabled so that they can upload the live version but in honor of release dates your key in disabled until the 24th or maybe a little earlier if you pre-ordered before a certain date...MAYBE.

OK so it explains why my pre-order key is not recognized :p

 

At least i fell less lonely :p

 

Ok but they sent mail saying the preorder would have an early relaese (23rd instead of 24th) so i guess we should receive the rigght key tomorrow ... hopefully
