Elemental Does not make the grade

Elemental gets a D in gaming world

Elemental World of Magic didn't give players anything new. It's the same old kiddie graphics. The same spells, the same format of play as so many other games before it. Basically it is another version of age of empires with magic spells. i could not tell with the single video whether they will have a strict story line to follow or it will be free play to conquer at will where and when you want. The latter will give players the best result. Unfortunately, the graphics are sub-standard in todays gaming world.

Could not tell if this was a building an empire game that continues on or a re-building game that make players re-build with each scenerio or stage of the game. Are there resources to collect, or do taxes generate money to buy goods to build with. With this player magic works if the game is a first person character along with great graphics for the spell. 3rd person character display with tiny displays and kiddie graphics that make fire appear out of nowhere instead of from the character creating the fire with a spell just does not make the grade,

 

I will give this game a D for the effort of writing a game. Basically, the dev's failed badly on this one.

Have you even played Elemental? How can you compare it to Elemental?

On top of that, how can you seem confused on what the game is about when there is so much to read up on?

There are many previews and beta journals available. You might do well to educate yourself on what the game actually is (ex: not an RTS) before attempting to criticize it.

Actually people might want to play the game first before judging it or talk to someone who has played the game.
