Me and many others have tried numerous retailers in canada, for preorders. However not a single one of them heard of the game, or have it. I don't want to buy it digitally, so is there any ETA on when this is available in canada?
Well, just preorder the box instead of the digital copy.

Yeah, it does seem pretty non-existent in Canada. Walmart will probably get it if Walmart in the US has it, but that seems to be it. Even Future Shop doesn't know about it.

EB Games has long lost any respect that I may have had for it. I haven't bought a physical copy of a game in a long time too which helps me avoid their constant delays and inadequacies.

You have at least 2 viable options to get it, so it seems to me that you don't "really want it" if you give up so easily. The shipping cost isn't so scary, and Digital Download cost no extra. I had my own issues with it, but ultimately it's about getting the game one way or another.
EB in the US is getting it apparently, so you might try an EB in Canada. Unfortunately they don't have anything resembling a useful Canadian website, so you'll have to call or go in person to find out (and don't even attempt to find a copy there without a pre-order, that's not how they do business).
Amazon.ca isn't carrying it either, but Amazon.com is. That might ding you with customs.
