Could a Sovereign have 0 spell books, or custom spellbooks/spells (with or without standard spells), especially in custom maps or campaigns?

So you could have a custom, militarily focussed civ (eg. some of the LOTR factions)?  If you really customized the tech tree for a particular map or campaign, you could make militarily oriented Sovereigns, or Sovereigns with custom spells that only that faction can use, with or without standard spells and spell books (for example various factions in LOTR).  What do you think of an option for map-makers and mod-makers to have custom spell books, or start a Sovereign without any spellbooks (not even Life or Death)?

You can currently start sov's with no spellbooks and dump all points into other stats. You would then focus youe tech on the four other trees apart from magic and hope your sheer force can crush any casters without too much trouble. I thought about doing it once but i wanted some magic in my wars :grin: .

I am pretty sure that spell books can be customised via modding, shouldnt be too hard lock them to specific factions either. Also remember there are a lot more magic books then those contained in the beta. Roll on 24th August..
