[Suggestion][Gameplay]Combat animations and key commands

It'd be nice if the combat animations were faster.  I cast a spell and the animation sequence follows, but there is a delay until I can click something else again. The various elemental giants walk from square to square too slowly. Arrows fly way too slowly(and 60% of the time they're way off target even if they do damage to the target).

Also it would be nice to have something like a "pass turn" button for an individual unit.

Agree to all.   I mean, really, REALLY agree.  Next to all the crashes, this is the "must fix" stuff.
