[.98][Crash] DX Error:Invalid Call

I have had Elemental Crash about 3 times with this error. Windows is catching it so no Elemental Crash file is created.

I am sending the error reports to Microsoft... And I can grab the 'what I am sending' if it helps.

I am on DX9c
