I just ordered a Copy of Elemental and wanted to do some beta testing on Elemental Beta 4C but I can't seem to find it anywhere on impulse.
can somebody help me on this?
I read in another post that they closed the beta on Thursday after the release of Beta 4.
OMG.......I just wasted my money.......I thought beta 4C are open and they closed beta 3
I should have bought full release of this game at amazon for cheaper price than impulse for the beta that isn't even opened.... TT________TT
Well you shouldn't get charged if you're not in beta. If it's that big of a deal you may be able to cancel your order since you shouldn't have been charged yet. Then you can order on Amazon. Impulse only queues the charge until you actually have access (in your case launch).
how do you cancel a order? I couldn't find a link to do so.
According to this page, https://store.stardock.com/policy.aspx you need to email [email protected] and ask for them to cancel since you're not in beta or whatever.
I'll try to keep this civil. Are you kidding me? Waste your money you did not. And you want to get it cheaper? How much cheaper is it really going to be? I'd rather give my money directly to the company who made it. More profits for them, means they get more stuff or something. Anyways, they deserve it. I guess without seeing any of the game, you wouldnt know the potential. It's well worth it. And like spaghettiman said...you havent been charged yet. I just think this was a rude post on your part. Don't you realize the devs read these forums? I guess t doesn't matter as long as you buy the game, but still. Respect.
I know I'm overreacting a bit but it's you being rude to me, I'm not trying to disrespect the dev or be rude to them. I bought most of the games they made from GC, CG2 and all the expansions along with many other apps. when I say cheaper I meant I get it cheaper in total after purchase. I'm a college student living in very low tight budget. spending $50 plus $10 shipping is a lot to me for a game. I been stalking them since last summer when they are working on this game and they did a very wonderful job on it. I really wanted to try the game before it was release otherwise I wouldn't have rush and spent the extra money buying it at impulse first. you ask how much cheaper? if I get the retail box at impulse it would cost me $60 including shipping cost. if I bought it at amazon it would still be the same retail price minus the shipping cost and $10 game credit on my next game I buy. To a college student living on a very tight budget, it help a lot. I'm still supporting the devs by pre-ordering the game, it just not at impulse right now, the $10 shipping fee not going to help me or the dev either way. I know they won't get as much from amazon than impulse but because of my tight budget situation otherwise I would have bought it at impulse regardless if it cost higher than other stores. Right now I'm only supporting them the most I can.
and let me clarify this, when I say "I wasted my money" I meant I wasted the purpose of spending my money to get the game. I original plan to get the pre-order from impulse so can try out the beta 4 before the full release but the beta was closed. not because the game is a junk and I wasted my money and shouldn't have bought it.
