Monitor edge not respected with multiple monitors

I have a dual monitor setup with Windows 7, 64-bit. Monitor 1, the primary monitor, is the the right of monitor 2. Elemental doesn't seem to be recognizing the edge of monitor 1; if I try to scroll to the left using the mouse, the cursor just moves onto monitor 2. This is with an ATI Radeon 5850.

Same here with nVidia 285.

There is supposed to be a setting somewhere to contain the cursor within the game but I've not been able to activate it.
