i think the limited edition will be available some time after the game has released

The Limited Edition will be available until we run out, but we'll have plenty to last well after release.

If I already pre-ordered and got into the Beta, how do I upgrade to the Collector's edition?

(I remember seeing a thread about this around 4 months ago, but I lost it....)
