[bug][beta 4] Can't make kingdom, missing buttons.

For some reason when i try to create kingdom i don't have any buttons to press and only thing i can do is shut down the program. Didn't have that prob earlier betas.

Not sure if related but when i ran my win 7 64bit with administrator mode it worked normally.
