[0.98] [Bug] Waterworld! Or very very small world?

Figure a picture is worth 1000 words. No real crash here so not quite sure what to post. This is supposed to be a large world with 4 AIs the first hint that something was weird was when I found over 6 champions (look at left bar), noticed later I was on an island. Than when I saw borders of another Civ I started casting raise land and saw that.

Pretty funny bug. *Insert random joke on gun totting motorists smokin in oil tankers*
