[Beta 4][.98][Bug/Interface/Gameplay] Can't advance turn at turn 61

No matter what I do in the turn, I cannot continue to the next turn; I can tap and click the turn button but nothing will happen.

I have tried from earlier saves and still I cannot get past that turn once I reach it.
