[0.98][crash] Crashed when i took a screenshot.

I was taking a screenshot to show you another bug i found. My capital city had the same title and banner as an enemys city, the aura-tingy around my area was still the same color though. Anyway, the second i pressd 'Prt Scr' the screen became black, an error-message popped up and the game crashed.
