[.98][Crash]Data Execution Prevention

Happened after I "exited", while it was doing its cleanup or whatever, after it had gone off my screen.

XP sp3, 32 bit. 

I always run with DEP on for all programs except those I tell it not to. 

Never had DPE error until .98
