[.98][Crash] Out of Memory Error

Windows Vista 32 bit. 2 GB of RAM. At time of crash program was using 1.7 GB. Has happened twice tonight. This was the second time after reopening the game. Maybe made it 10 - 15 turns farther than the last time.
