Tactical Battle Issues

2 quick things.

first....when i cast my spells in a tactical battle, my sovereign does the motion, but i don't get any spell effects.  kind of miss them from 3c.

second....i don't know if i'm missing something, but will we be able to screen scroll around tactical battles, or is it only hold left mouse and move?  if it's only planned on hold left mouse, that's fine, just didn't know if it was supposed to be more.

Seconded: I didn't get any animations on my spells, or the arrows the enemy archers were flinging at me.

@Wyney: You have to click off of your unit and then just click the dirt somewhere in order to drag the screen around. It's kinda counter-intuitive, I know.

Please post your debug.err file when reporting any sort of issue. We can't do much without any technical info.
