[.98 Graphics] Cloth Map Problem

When I place a workshop at game start on the cloth map, all icons on the cloth map disappear. I have to zoom in and back out to get them back.

edit: same thing happens when I pull up the options screen.

edit 2: also when I alt tab back into the game, the cloth map is black of icons.
