[4][Bug] Mouse stuck in taskbar area at main menu

This actually started in 3C. When I launch the game, the splash/credits screen works fine, but as soon as the main menu appears, my mouse is locked to the top portion of the screen - which corresponds to where my Windows 7 taskbar is. When I click anywhere in that top portion of the screen, Elemental minimizes. At this point I can maximize and everything works fine. This issue does not show up when I launch the game with my taskbar on the bottom of the screen.

Same here, except my task bar is on the left side of my screen, and that is where it gets stuck on the EWM main menu screen.

Same here, my taskbar is also on the left side of the screen

Always easy to know it is happening as the mouse icon changes to the hardware default
