[3c] [bug] Remove inns once quest completed

Unlike other adventure sites, inns don't seem to disappe

This can be frustrating, as you revisit tiles thinking there is still a quest there when there isn't.

Active quest sites also should have some kind of mouseover text which displays what quest they are related to, and then clicking on it will take you to the quests screen.

There should also be some kind of obvious visual signal for new/unvisited quest sites; they should glow slightly or otherwise stand out.

Heh ... perhaps if an Inn currently has a quest the "lights could be on" ... or somehow the windows glow/ lamps lit, etc

Agreed. I'm sure the questing mechanic will be revised in future releases. It seems pretty unfinished at this point.

 

EDIT: I kinda like the Inn lights on/off idea for active quests. Maybe they could regenerate regular quests too. Could also use 'em as a spawning ground for new champions/heroes.

Would be cool if, once an inn is visited, it's quest wasn't 'locked down' for just the one who explores it first.  That way one of those wandering champions could visit an inn and steal a quest out from under you, if you take too long to complete it.

Aye... having "world" accesible quests instead of just individual (activating faction) quests would be interesting.

 

Not entirely certain of the mechanics of it or the balance, but I think the idea is sound.
