[0.92 BUG] sovereign hard linked off map?

After loading a saved game after a crash I have had my sovereign linked to a spot off the map.

I can teleport her back, but cant move her, and then next tern she appears to still be on the map, still cant move her but when I click her icon in the top left, she is back off map.
