[.92][Bug?] Resources not linking to nearest city

My understanding of the new resource system is that the resources are supposed to be linked to the nearest city so that its bonuses apply to the resource.  In a number of cases, I'm building on resources and they don't seem to link to *any* city, so they never show the bonuses from the city.  Is this some sort of intended behavior, or a bug?

Same here. So far only oases are the only resources not linked in my game. How abt yours?

No obvious pattern... none of my gold mines seem to link, although sometimes other factions do.  Farms don't seem too, either...

  Just noticed I have the same thing happening in my game.  What's weird is that they seemed to be linked every other turn.   Approx half of them showed linked one turn then those ones one show no link next turn, while the ones that weren't linked now become linked.

You're right!  The same thing seems to be happening for me - I had noticed that my income seemed to fluctuate up and down every turn, but I hadn't figured out that that was the reason.  Very odd!
