Need Help With Finding .dmp files

Hey, I just started with this Beta yesterday, and I've come across some bugs in the game, and a few crashes.  I checked out the guide to reporting the bugs, but I cant seem to find the zip files with the memory dumps that y'all are looking for in crash reporting.

I'm in the C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Stardock\Elemental - War of Magic directory in windows XP and there are no zip files in that folder or either subfolder (Screens or Impulse Reactor).  Do those zip files go away after I start the game again?  It crashed on me a couple times last night and I restarted the game, as I was just trying to get a handle on the game itself at the time.

Just do a search for elemental*.zip on your C drive, and you will find the dump files. :) .. as for the screenshots, I simply use the PrintScreen button.

The dump files are located in C:\ProgramData\Stardock\Elemental - War of Magic

ProgramData is a hidden file - make sure you can view hidden files (the setting is in Folder Options).

 

Print Screen hotkey is the "Print Screen" button on your keyboard. Screenshots are located in My Documets/My Games/Elemental/ScreenShots

is there any way to set a hotkey to take in game screen shots with a different key?  im running windows on bootcamp on my mac and i dont have a print screen key

 

alternatively, i just downloaded jing, if that has a screen shot shortcut, i could use that

You can change Jing's preferences to use a hotkey.  I have mine set to control-j.
