[bug/gamepaly] long dead kingdom still haunts game..

ok here is the set up. about 100 or so tunrs ago message came by of new padiens destruction (doen in my ai or monster i honestly do not know).. however her kingdom borders remained and when i tried to cross them I got the your not welcome dialog. I purposefully did not go to war with her as I wanted to eliminate all others to see if her kingdom did actually exist.

here is save game file several turns before killing the other actual remaining kingdom.. I had just killed last Sovereign and then got conquest victory.. so she was gone but her borders and dialog remained.
