[3c] missing graphics, abbey, dragon

Graphic for the Abbey was only missing on paper map.

In the Design screen, a bunch of the stuff doesn't have pictures that load, such as the armors (platemail, chainmail shirt, etc) are missing.

The Red Dragon picture is missing from the card, as well. I'll generate a screenshot next time I load the game up.
