[Bug/Interface] resource data card showing weird ownership

When I mouse over any of my resources I see this..

Now I do not begrudge my Wildimp some recompense for all his earlier efforts seems the little bastig is greedy..

Save file if needed is here... my save no error at the moment associated with this.
