the mouse is zoom to cursor just zoom in a bit more, most screens these days are wide 16:10 or 16:9  or get the game to run wide.

edit on my screen its in the far plenty of space.. kinda right corner running in windowed at 1600x900.

I have a big screen too 1440x900, but I shouldn't have to center my screen on a town every time I want to click on it.  If I'm looking at something else in the middle of my screen and then decide to click on the town in the bottom right corner, I don't want a town card popping up and covering what I'm trying to click on.

Maybe make the infocard semi-transparent and let us mouse under the card? We can't click through an infocard anyways, so I don't see why we shouldn't be able to mouse under the infocard.

That might easily cause issues, especially for people with eyesight problems. The text is black, and if the infocard is semi-transparent against the Fallen's dark terrain, there's going to be little contrast to the black text.

Maybe just make it so that we can click under the card then?

EDIT: Alternatively, make it so that if you click on something's infocard, you select it.  That way you don't have folk hunting around the covered space.
