Comment - imbueing

I liked the Empire version of imbue, 'create spell-caster' It is very generous though and increasing its cost to 3 essence might be a reasonable cost for it.  The mechanic of empowering to 1/2 of the casters INT was nice and would make Magical Champions of weaker Casting Sov's weaker but not overly so, as compared to similar Champions of more magically powerful Sovereigns.

On another note, 'create spell-caster' just sounds a little too ordinary.

Here's a brainstorm for you then, italics are the current names naturally.

Empire:

Create Caster

Empower Enforcer

Empower Agent

Empower Proxy

Imbue Agent

Mark Agent

Imbue Proxy

Kingdoms:

Imbue Champion

Consecrate Hero

Endow Agent

The Agent names seem a bit more empirish. Personally I like Imbue Agent first, then Empower.  Having the same prefix 'Imbue' common in both kingdom and empire makes a certain amount of sense.

I guess I was thinking that both Empire and Kingdoms would have 'Champions' and that the imbuing of them would be the same on either side.  It is the same use of magic and doesn't require any balancing if it functions similarly for both sides.

Adjunct would be another term that would work, Imbue Adjunct..

Empower seems appropriate for Empires.

I think they should just stick with Champion for consistency though.
