[0.92][3C][Gameplay] Incorrect spell description: burn ennemy

The description of Burn ennemy is:

Target ennemy loses INT% of their HP.

When you have 12 INT and an opponent with 10 HP, you are expecting this spell to do only 1 HP. Yet, an autoresolve combat told me that My sovereign was able to do 12HP damage to the ennemy.

So the description should have been:

Target ennemy loses INT of their HP.

It's an incorrect display tag. Spells generally do INT, INT/2, INT/4, etc damage, but they're all displayed as INT%. Stuff's not getting properly substituted somewhere.
