[3C][Graphical] No background graphics on main menu

Hello!

Cannot see background graphics on the mainmenu / settings etc and cannot adjust settings. I think the problem could have something to do with me having d:\users instead of c:\users.

I've been able to play on the same hardware with a fresh install of Windows 7.

Tried reinstall the game as well with no result. Also, i've had this problem with earlier builds as well so it's nothing new for 3C
