[0.92 Bug/Show stopper] AI and my self spawned in same location.

I couldn't see anything on the map, it was all blacked out at the start of a new game so I built my city hoping that would show where I was. Turns out I built on top of an AI. This is evident by advancing a few terns and seeing the already gabled city name showing a larger AI city name, there may be more then two cities their, judging by the fact that the4 city name is gabled tree times.

I couldn't select or do anything.
