[0.92 bug/Too strong unit?]

OK, hear is a saved game with an enemy sand crawler shaman, combat rating 2256 who's defence is listed at both at 2100 and 1400.3 depending if you open up the unit stats or just view on the map. Seems a little high for a lvl 7 unit?
