[0.92][Bug/Gameplay] Occasionally able to build unique buildings twice.

Occasionally when placing a building in a city that is supposed to be limited to one per city, the cursor will still have the building in question selected after already having placed one copy. This allows you to put another copy of the same building down. I've not noticed any particular pattern as to when this occurs, nor does it seem to be limited to any single building type.

Confirmed, I've seen the same thing. Never actually built the second building though.

I accidentally clicked twice when building a granary. Both showed up in my build queue. I cancelled once because I didn't like the 2nd location and it did not revert back to the build queue.

More than twice.  Seems like building limit is only noted for initiating a build.  Even though you can rarely build more than one of a building in a city, it lets you multi-place them until you run out of resources.
