[.92][Gameplay][Bug]First turn unable to move

Just downloaded the lastest version, .92. Tried to start a game. I was unable to move my sovereign. I created a city on my square, and the sovereign did not move off the tile like before and would not move after city creation. In fact his line of sight was gone too so there was more area clouded over.
