[3c][Bug/Gameplay] Warg mount incorrectly requires horse resource.

When adding a warg mount to a unit in the unit designer it indicates that it requires a horse resource to make. This should probably be a warg resource. With 25 warg resources I was not able to buy a warg enabled unit. So it does indeed appear to require a horse unit. From what I can tell playing empire there are no horse tiles that I have found.

The game I played last night as Kingdom had no horses either, only wargs.  At least as far as I was able to explore.

The game I'm playing now has horses, but I can't make use of the resource, it says my faction can't use that resource. So I COULD have horses, but I can't make use of them. I also had 12 wargs, couldn't build them. It makes it tough to play with empire because it's alot more limited than the kingdoms are. Although it's better than it was in 3A and 3B.

As Empire I couldn't even build units with bows, and not for any reason that I could figure out either. The archer unit I created just wouldn't show up in the creating army tab, no matter what I did.

Did you build an archery range in the city you were trying to train in?

I had the same issues with the Archers - never had an option to build the archery range.

The empires issues with the Archers was brought up in another bug thread. so with luck that ones been fixed!

I have seen wild wargs for the empire, one of my cites has 3 of them nearby
