[.91][Bug/Gameplay]Couldn't end turn (button gray out and auto turn didn't work) then crash trying to start a new game

I tried to start my autosave after a crash and noticed some weird stuff

 

-Population said -1

-End turn could not be clicked.

-Autoturn didn't work either, even when my sovereign was out of moves.

 

Then I tried to start a new game, and the game crashed on me, but I don't see any dump files. I got a windows

error.

yes, i have a similar problem with the end turn button becoming grayed out and not allowing me to end my turn.

actually i think its letting me end my turn but its hanging or something and then it becomes grayed out. and i can't press it.

this did not happen in 3b just to let you know. i have never seen this bug.
