[Hangs 3C] In two starts (new game) both hang within the first 50 turns

Game hangs, can't Alt-Tab, can't Alt-Tab-Del, can't Escape, completely locks up PC, have to hit the power switch.

No dump/zip file

 

Well, looks like I'm going to have to give up on this one, after three restarts, the game just locks up my PC after 30 or so turns.

The game always writes a debug.err file. If nothing else, that may be useful.

The issues I had were with 3C version 91, when I update to version 92 the file was wiped out. I'll try out the new version tonight.
