First time resource building okay. After loading save, no go.

After loading a game, if I hadn't already built a resource building they had the "tech requirement" bug.

Same here. The resources then read: Can not be used by your Faction.

Furthermore (upon new start of the game), we can still build on several resources from the city menue if they are more or less next to the town. However these resources then count as city tiles and steping upon them teleports to the town.

getting similar error.. after reload says "can't build: harvesting this resource requires additional technology."
