[Suggestions] Tactical Combat

Completed a quest and gained a red dragon as an ally. Awesome. Went into a tactical battle and he was huge and awesome and well just a bit to big. Couldn't see any of my other units since he was so big and hard to see through. So I recommend making really large creatures smaller. Huge creatures in a tactical battle, although visually stunning, are not easy to manage on a practical level.

Second, I don't like the huge giant squares used on the tactical map. I would recommend either smaller squares or hexagons or octagons.

agree with the dragon size.

I believe the squares are so big to accommodate (eventual) companies of troops as opposed to the single unit that looks utterly alone mid-square - though I could be wrong as I haven't actually built a company yet.

Yea, Dragons are a wee bit over sized, can't wait to see them once they implement Flying and Fire attacks.

Why not just a Unit Scaling option for tactical combat like the map has, I kinda Like that hes over sized, he will look cool in battles, but its hard to tell without effects and what not,

or a huge unit could take up more than one square? may already be the case haven't gotten a dragon yet.

Not sure is cell shading allows it, but dithering would solve the issue of not seeing units around the dragon.
