[3B][Bug] Red Halo

After completing combat with two bandit groups, I'm getting a red halo on my screen. It moves with my camera (so as the screen moves, the halo stays on the same exact part of the screen, not the same part of the game map.
This is weird stuff.... I don't remember any such halo in the combat itself.
