[Slowdown/Crash][3B] Sudden, massive slowdown.

I'm finding every time I try to create a building, the game is permanently slowing down until I quit/restart. Some of the time it'll just crash when I try to quit. If I save, leave, and reload, then everything is just fine (with the building being built). If I undo the build command, slowdown isn't lessened.
