[0.90][Bug/Graphics]some tile effects remain after Bandit Camp is defeated

- Activate the early game Bandit Camp Quest.

- Go to the camp and defeat the bandits.

Expected result, the camp should disappear from the tile completely.

Actual result: most of the camp graphics disappear but some effects remain behind. please see screenshot:
