[Suggestion] Allow Raise/Lower Land in Enemy Territory

In the current build it is impossible to raise or lower land within an opponents area of influence. I think these spells would be a lot more interesting if they could be used any where. With the current settings an opponent could wall themselves off with mountains and only lower land to let their own troops out. As long as the mountains are inside his area of influence there would be no way to counterattack.

Oh wow, didn't notice that yet - but that could definitely be a problem.

Maybe we could use 'Greater Raise/Lower' on enemy land? And of course only if we are at war with them (did you check whether or not it can be done during war time?).

Only checked during war. I currently have a game where I can't get to my last enemy because of it!

Yea ... definitely only a MORE POWERFUL version of the spell should work in enemy land ... lesser Earth transform should only be for @ home.
