[0.90][bug]Fullscreen issues

For some reasons, there is some (mostly graphical) issues for me in fullscreen.

1. "Creating world" bar don't show anything. It's usual fullscreen issue - I receiving it in any given game - but in window I see filling bar always. Generation itself is good, but it's not projected to generation bar.

2. Empty Hiergamenon pages. Text is here, but all pictures are missing. Like that:

3. Transparent pop-up windows in main screen. All text that must be underneath, actually visible:

In window mode everything that is allright.
