[.90][CRASH] trying to build mine

I researched mining, selected the city that had iron ore next to it, selected "mine" & clicked "build" (meaning, did not click on the ore). Boom, CTD.

No crash zip file.

Out of my MANY windows-event-viewer entries, I think "Faulting application elemental.exe, version 0.9.0.0, faulting module msvcr80.dll, version 8.0.50727.4053, fault address 0x00008aa0." was for the right time.
