Elemental doesn't seem to handle the taskbar being on a non-default edge.

When in the game, the taskbar icons show when moving to that side of the screen, and the other side has restricted movement (ie. can't go right to the edge).  I choose to have the taskbar on the left side of the screen because it takes up less screen real-estate.  Can you make a change so that the game can handle the taskbar being on a non-default edge of the screen?  That would be much appreciated. :star:

Windowed mode or fullscreen? Taskbar set to show or autohide? Always on top or not? Please provide more detail about this issue.

Win 7 Pro Fullscreen mode Elemental at 1280x800 resolution (in windowed mode the cursor keeps teleporting around the screen so it's not particularly useful).  When Taskbar is set to Autohide there is no issue, however I prefer to have the Taskbar show.  When the Taskbar is on Show, both left and right sides of the fullscreen Elemental window can't be used for scrolling.  On the left side the Taskbar icons come up briefly and no scrolling occurs, on the right side the cursor can't be moved closer than about a thumb's width from.

AFAIK, there is not a Taskbar option in Win7 for Always on top.

So basically, the issue occurs with Fullscreen, Taskbar Show, and the default behaviour Always on top (since there does not appear to a specific option for that in Win7).  Window mode has the cursor jumping around all the time.
