Thanks for alerting me.  When I check my ProgramData > Stardock > Elemental folder, the latest .zip there is listed at the 17th, but it's earlier in the day, so I don't think it is the one that I need.  I'll post it up anyway; maybe it can help somewhere =)

When you are reporting a crash, please provide any context you can about what you were doing in the game when the crash occurred. The dump is very helpful but background info will allow us to better categorize and prioritize it for developer review.

I can't think of anything that happened specifically out of the ordinary when it crashed.  I clicked Next Turn and it just crashed.  Perhaps the only thing I can think of that was different would be caravans that I had sent to other cities.  I think they had made their roads beforehand, but I can't be 100% sure.  It was really weird; the crash just seemed to come out of nowhere.
