[.90][Bug] Nothing to research.

I'm playing as Kul ul alulan lue ul or whatever, just accepted his current empire, and I have nothing to research. I realized nothing was getting better, then looked, and I was at level 7 for imperium, and nothing. I sent the screens to dropbox, sorry too lazy to do a pic sharing site right now. :P

Oh yeah, it was the same for every research category. As the 5 screens kind of imply.

Please provide your debug.err file for this session, or if you can reproduce it. Was this in a fresh session or after finishing a game?

Ok, where do I get the debug.err for that session? Pardon my ignorance.

And it was a new game. It took me a while to notice because it kept researching, then nothing available, and would restart researching. I think I noticed the research bar at the bottom finally and wondered where my techs were. I simply restarted, and everything was fine.
